Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Valora online store and any purchase you make from us. Valora is powered by Shopify. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
1. Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use our store and place orders. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
2. Products and descriptions
We work hard to describe and display our products accurately. Colours, sizes and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and settings. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is taken when your order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on our store, including text, images, videos, logos and designs, belongs to Valora or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to infringe the rights of others.
7. Reviews and feedback
If you submit reviews, comments or other content, you confirm it is your own and accurate, and you give us permission to display and use it in connection with our store and marketing.

Our store may include links to, or tools provided by, third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

You agree to indemnify Valora against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our store.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
